Return and Refund Policy
At Foxhole Coffee Co., we want every order to arrive fresh, correct, and in good condition. Because our coffee is a perishable food product and many orders are roasted, packed, and fulfilled through our coffee supplier, returns are limited.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at foxholecoffeeco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at foxholecoffeeco@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Once reviewed, we will work to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Coffee Returns
Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable food item, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee products because of taste preference, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind.
Opened coffee products cannot be returned.
Unopened coffee may only be eligible for return if approved by us in advance. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Please do not send any items back to the address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened coffee
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or storage
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for coffee products. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the issue.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will notify you once it has been processed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, where applicable. However, certain goods, including perishable food products and opened sealed goods, may be exempt from return.
