Thank you for shopping with Foxhole Coffee Co. We work to get every order roasted, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 5-8 business days after the order is processed.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Order Processing
Orders may be roasted, packed, and fulfilled by third-party roasting and fulfillment partners on our behalf.
Because coffee orders may begin processing quickly, we may not be able to cancel or change an order after it has been placed.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Foxhole Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at foxholecoffeeco@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Foxhole Coffee Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside our control.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.
