It started as a seasonal experiment. A medium roast with natural flavoring — toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate, a whisper of campfire smoke. We weren't sure how it would land.
It landed. Hard.
The S'mores Coffee became one of our most requested blends almost immediately. People kept coming back for it — and not just people, apparently. (See: the Mothman incident. We don't talk about it. We also kind of always talk about it.)
Here's what makes it work: we didn't go sweet and artificial. The base is a quality medium roast — smooth, balanced, with enough body to carry the flavoring without tasting like a candy bar. The marshmallow note is subtle. The chocolate is real. The smoke is just a whisper — enough to remind you of a campfire without tasting like you're drinking one.
It's a coffee you can drink black. That's the test. If a flavored coffee only works with cream and sugar, the base isn't good enough. S'mores passes the test.
Drink it on a fall morning. Drink it around a fire. Drink it at your desk when you need to feel like you're somewhere better.
