Dubai Chocolate Coffee: Why We Made It and What Makes It Different

Dubai Chocolate took over the internet. We watched it happen. And then we asked ourselves the question we always ask: can we make a coffee version that's actually worth drinking?

The answer is yes. Here's what we did.

Dubai Chocolate coffee is inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar — pistachio, tahini, and rich milk chocolate layered together into something that's indulgent without being overwhelming. We took those flavor notes and built them into a flavored roast that starts with our quality medium base and layers in pistachio, chocolate, and a subtle richness that makes every cup feel like a reward.

What it tastes like: Smooth chocolate up front. A warm, nutty pistachio mid-note. A finish that's rich and slightly sweet without being cloying. It's dessert coffee that doesn't taste like a compromise.

How to brew it: Drip, French press, or cold brew. The flavors come through beautifully in all three. Cold brew especially — the chocolate and pistachio notes deepen overnight and the result is something genuinely special.

Drink it black or with a splash of cream. Both work. The cream softens the pistachio note and brings the chocolate forward. Try it both ways.

We don't chase trends. But when a trend lines up with something we can do well and do honestly — we do it.

This is that.
