Convenience is real. Not everyone has time for a French press or a pour-over every morning. Some mornings you need coffee in 90 seconds and you need it to not taste terrible. That's a legitimate need, and we weren't going to ignore it.
But we weren't going to make a bad pod either.
Most coffee pods are filled with low-grade, over-roasted, stale coffee that's been sitting in a plastic cup for months. The convenience is real. The coffee is not.
Our pods start with the same quality beans we use in our bags. We roast them the same way. We grind them fresh and seal them immediately to preserve freshness. The result is a pod that actually tastes like our coffee — not like a compromise.
Are pods as good as a fresh-ground French press? No. We'll be honest about that. But they're significantly better than most pods on the market, and they're made with the same standards we apply to everything else we do.
